In order to be able to control management processes efficiently it is necessary to use modern CAFM software. ProFM^® offers due to its modular configuration excellent possibilities - also for beginners.

Which contents are trained?

In addition to the use of the software surface, all components (that means all modules) will be explained in detail. The learnable elements vary from surfaces across inventories, infrastructure, nets, keys, appointments up to contract management. Equally is taught how to start a master data administration. Which modules are trained determines the customer according to his need.

How are the contents trained?

Contents can be taught theoretically with illustrative material, e.g. by using a video projector. However, the practical value of this kind of teaching is limited. The training is realised directly along with the project. This can either be a practise project, or the real project of the customer. (In the second case the security of the corresponding data is guaranteed, also in regard to possible faulty operation of the software.) Using this method the customer’s advantage will be that he is able to record and to manage his own data. The training s done methodically and gradually gone, i.e. the selected logical order is the same which is also decisive in practice. A later support of the customer on-site, will always be a renewed training.
