Facility management is more than pure theory
To be able to use CAFM software appropriately, it is necessary to have knowledge about Facility management. We help our customers to acquire this knowledge.
Which knowledge do we convey?
We define what facility management deals with and it benefits our customers. The three pillars of facility management - technically, commercially and infrastructurally FM - are explained. Furthermore a project is considered comprehensively in the context of the commissioned services. The duties of a Facility of manager are shown clearly, as the project work in practice. Project work in practice means: from the analysis of potential to the lowering of the operating costs.
How is knowledge conveyed?
The knowledge transfer can be defined in very different ways which do not exclude themselves. Some of the topics to be defined are: Theoretical training, e.g. from the basics of dimensioning across the production of sketches up to photo documentation of objects, team building, project and process management as well as conflict management. Practical introduction in a project by the help of our CAFM system ProFM® directly in our enterprise or at the customer’s premises, forms the end of the training. Of course afterwards we will continue to support our customers.
