From the theory to the use of CAFM systems - we offer training courses all around the topic "Facility management".

We offer two general possibilities:

• locally at the customer’s premises
• directly at our enterprise.

However, we recommend to perform the training at our enterprise, as we are on the one hand able to provide the technology and the premises on the other hand additional employees will be available to answer possibly arising questions.

Furthermore this helps to prevent disturbances by running working processes.

Contents
The training contents are customised and are accordingly adapted.

The basic contents are:

• Basics of the Facility management
• Duties and responsibilities of the employees in the Facility management, in regard to the customer, as well as in regard to the own company
• Improvement of the abilities and skills of the employees
• CAFM-Software ProFM®

An exception is the training of new employees. They must learn the comprehensive topic "Facility management" of course much more intensely. The following chart shows possibilities for this special training.
