- The analysis of available documents (systematically & digitally)
- The surveying of the available dimension data respectively digital, graphic and alphanumeric recording of missing data (e.g., not measured buildings, gates, windows, doors, stairwells, cultivations, new buildings, re-buildings (hyphen here) etc.)
- Exact site location of appointed inventories and consumers
- Analysis of important data of the object (extent according to arrangement)
